Returns & Refunds Policy

Since our platform is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that delivers value instantly upon activation, our return and refund policy is governed by fair-use terms as outlined below.

1. Nature of the Product

WebMaker.world is a digital SaaS platform, and once an account is created, access is granted to premium features including:

  • Store builder tools

  • Theme libraries

  • Hosting and SSL

  • Subdomain or custom domain configuration

  • Payment gateway integrations

  • Admin dashboard and analytics

Due to the intangible, instantly accessible nature of our product, refunds are generally not applicable after successful account activation or store setup.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer refunds only under the following rare conditions:

  • If the user never accessed or logged into their account after payment

  • If the platform was not functional due to a verified technical fault on our end, and no resolution was provided within 7 working days

  • If the service was purchased in duplicate or by error and reported within 24 hours

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions will be denied.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • User changed their mind after activation

  • Domain connection issues caused by third-party registrar or DNS delays

  • Delay in content uploading or customizations from the user's side

  • Violations of our Terms of Service

  • Services partially used (e.g., theme selected, products uploaded)

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard. However:

  • Cancellations do not imply automatic refunds

  • The platform will remain active for the remainder of the billing cycle (monthly or yearly)

  • No refunds will be issued for unused periods of active subscriptions

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us with:

  • Your registered mobile number and email

  • Payment proof and transaction details

  • Exact reason for refund
